OUTLINE OF WEBSITE
The site has a page called CHURCH This page contains a history of Immaculate
Conception Church. It lists special events coming up. There is a list of contact
persons. There is a reflection on one of the week's gospels or other scripture
readings. It contains an examination of conscience based on the dialogue
between Jesus and the woman at the well. It also contains a link to our museum,
Charenton Heritage Museum and a link to a summary of the Papal history which is
in our church.
There is a page dedicated to one of the major outreach programs of our parish,
our local PAX CHRISTI group. The page tells of the work of our group. Two of the
major means of outreach of our Pax Christi group are education especially in the
area Catholic Schools about conscientious objection and informing returning
veterans, their families, public officials about the dangers our young men and
women in the military have been exposed to because of their exposure to
depleted uranium. There are also several others pages about depleted uranium.

Another way we reach out is to help people who are grieving. The
websitecontains a grieving calendar to help people who are grieving.
There are several pages which help with an interpretation and understanding of
scripture. There is a page called OLD TESTAMENT ROOTS. This page looks at
some of the Myths That Preceded Israel yet are part of the Bible. There is a page
called Jesus' Diary. This page is a mythical diary of Jesus which attempts to fill in
some of the gaps in his life left by the New testament. Another page is called
Conaniah's diary, This is the fictional diary of a fictional man who attempts to
follow Jesus but in the end is unable to do so. A page called Prayer in the Bible
looks at the times people in the Bible pray.
There is a page called prayer list. This lists some of the requests for prayer as
well as responses to requests for prayer.
There is a series of questions submitted by visitor's to the website and some
questions and answers given by our young people (ages 10-12).
The site also contains a page on Surrogate Wars a book by our pastor, Father Bill
Crumley csc, on who profits from wars.
We had a much bigger website previously. Some of the pages were not too
popular. We have omitted them from this website. However they are available on
